I recommend scheduling your appointment around the time you find out the sex of your baby. The best time for a maternity shoot is between 25 and 32 weeks when your baby bump is beautiful and prominent. At Ok2bu Images, we believe that pregnancy is a beautiful and emotional time in a woman’s life, and it’s the perfect time to pamper yourself. Prior to scheduling a shoot, we recommend getting a manicure and having your hair professionally styled. For the best results, I highly recommend hiring a professional makeup artist. Although some woman apply their own makeup for everyday use, a professional makeup artist, knows how to do your makeup that shows the best in photos. However, if you do decide to do your makeup yourself, you may want to go a little bolder to make sure your eyes and lips are well defined in your images. All of this preparation ensures that you feel confident and beautiful, which translates beautifully in your maternity photos.
